The
design theory
of
the TurBulence Submersible Sand-Pump can
be stems from a new model of hydromechanics. A
brand-new concept of Submersible Sand-Pump after Ordinary
Submersible Pump and Sewage Submersible Pump.
The
pump is suitable for clear water, sewage, sand-laden
water, and so on. This makes a vaster application
field for submersible pumps and offers a new direction
for future development of submersible pumps.

The
roaring torrent is laden with a large amount of sand at
the Hukou section .
Ordinary
submersible pump is not appropriate for dealing with
this kind of water. The test sample of water is taken
from Hukou section. The influence of sand in water on
the generator and pump casing is under full consideration.
Therefore the TurBulence Submersible Sand-Pump can be
operated easily under this kind of unfavouraite environment.

The
generator is set in an air chamber that
is of a cup shape, and fixed in the water with
the 'cup' bottom up and the mouth below to keep
the air in the 'cup'. The stator, rotor and the bearing
set are arranged inside the 'cup' in advance. Then the
axe of generator stretches out from the mouth of the
'cap'. This is just the generator model for the
TurBulence Submersible Sand-Pump.
With the protection of air chamber, the stator, rotor,
bearings and axial seal can avoid directly contacting
with water and harmful materials like sand, acid, alkali,
etc. |
During
the process of drainage,
because
of the unique design of TurBulence Submersible Sand-Pump
the operation without water is also allowed and does no
harm on the generator and the pump. No man need assigned
to monitor the pump. |

The
casing ring and the impeller
of
the pump are made of horniness alloy. So the pump can
void being damaged by sand and service for a long time.
The coil of generator is cast with heat-resistant epoxy
resin, solidified and sealed. Thus the generator has
got another protection, and is safer and more reliable.

The
general application fields:
automatic
drainage for large mechanization mines, purification of
ore selection; washing coal, mill running, panning; clearing
silt and well, mine water storage house, dredging up river
pass and reservoir; cleanup waste slag and ash powder
at thermoelectricity mill. |

The
vertical generator and pump share
the same axe. The pump casing is below the generator
(for the lowly fixed type). There are three forms of
the TurBulence Submersible Sand-Pump: single-stage-single-suction, multistage single-suction and single-stage-double-suction.
The axial seal, the easily damaged part the pump, is
completely omitted for the three forms of pumps.
The
suction of the pump impeller is set upwards for single-stage-single-suction
form. The
lower end of the pump casing is shut down.
The impeller of the first stage is at the top and its suction
is set downwards for the multistage single-suction
form. The lower end of the pump casing is shut
up.
The
impeller for single-stage-double-suction form has an
up and a low suction.
The
number of impeller for multistage pump is even. The
impellers are set back on back. So there exists
no axial force with this arrangement and there is no
need for a balance plate that is the most easily damaged
part of a multistage pump.
The
shell
of the generator is inside the guide jacket. The water
discharged from the pump flows between the generator
and the guide jacket, and can cools the
generator. There is a stop valve set at the discharge
end of the guide jacket; the sand in the pipe won't sink
in the pump casing when the pump is stopped.

The
drainage
application for digging projects:
vertical
well digging; suspending drainage, pumping sand and mud
slurry; underground demolishing projects; mine flat
lane and oblique lane, tunnel for railway, culvert, underneath
digging projects such as city subway, tunnel under river,
underground reservoir, air-raid protection project floor
digging projects such as water conservancy, hydropower,
bridge and civil project。
The
rescue for disaster and
emergency:
usage
for flood prevention at any moment; a must device for
underground construction; dealing with the sewage
containing hard sediment and sand; dealing with the
waste of nuclear.
The
application for flammable
and explosive environments:
the
explosion-free type is used for this kind of danger
environments. Such as high marsh gas coal well,
gas station, the soak situations for petroleum,
natural gas, petrifaction and edible oil; restoring
of the underground abandoned projects.
